This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.81 dated March 31, 2015 (Annexure P-1) under Section 365 IPC registered at Police station, Purani Sabzi Mandi, District Rohtak, and not to harass & humiliate the petitioner under the garb of said FIR. 2.
