Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners apprehend threat to their life and liberty as they being major, have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Saurabh Kumar is 15.06.1985 as per Annexure P-2 and date of birth of petitioner No.2-Monika is 09.08.1990 as per Annexure P4. They got married on 15.04.2015 and photographs of marriage are Annexure P-1.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move SACHIN MEHTA 2015.04.21 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
