(ORAL) Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to take immediate action in furtherance of the complaints dated 09.02.2023 and 10.02.2023 and the letter dated 11.02.2023 in order to ensure that proper and adequate safety measures are installed at the construction/excavation site for the Dadri-Rewari Phase-2 project near village Sehsaula and Dhulawat, District Nuh.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.6 contends that the proper measures are being undertaken to install the safety measures and that the said work is being expedited.
