NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of respondent No.2 whereby the services of the petitioner has been terminated. Counsel for the State, on instructions from Sh. Manpreet Singh Sehgal, Law Officer, Punjab Roadways, Jalandhar and Ferozepur, submits that the services of the petitioner, who is a contractual employee, have not been terminated and pending enquiry, he has been sent on root off.
