Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case bearing FIR No.83 dated 13.11.2004 of Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala, a cross-case was registered on the statement of petitioner Amarjeet Kaur, recorded on 13.11.2014 but despite representation (Annexure P-3), no further action in the matter has been taken. The petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
