(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 for taking action on the application of the petitioner (Annexure P-1), directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent No.4 and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.4.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Phase - 1, Mohali, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 01.04.2015 (Annexure P-1) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
