*** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J. (ORAL) The main grievance of the petitioner is that some of the respondents had taken forcible possession of her land. The petitioner was asked to place on record copy of the sale deed. The case is being adjourned since February 2018 for this purpose only but the order has not been complied with. No one appears for the petitioners There was no appearance even on the last date of hearing.

At this stage, Ms. Arshdeep Kaur, Advocate puts in appearance and seeks permission to withdraw the case.
