**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 37 dated 1.8.2014 registered under Sections 336/447/511/506/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Airport, Amritsar City, District Amritsar.

Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurbej Singh, Police Station Airport, Amritsar, submits that as per inquiry report dated 2.3.2015 submitted by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Amritsar, petitioners did not fire at the time of incident. He also submits that petitioners have joined the investigation in compliance of the order dated 21.4.2015 passed by this Court.
