Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 155 dated 30.9.2012, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Heard.

Admittedly, in the present case, prosecution has concluded its evidence and now the case is listed before the Trial Court for defence evidence.

Hence, at this stage, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out. Petitioner would be at liberty to take up all the pleas available to him before the Trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
