Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.344 dated 16.11.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 384, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Case called twice, but there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. Even on 23.02.2024, when interim protection was granted to the petitioner, no one came forward on her behalf. 3.

In view of the above, it seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

As a result thereof, there is no option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
