Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot to hear arguments in Criminal Revision titled as "Sham Lal and Others v. Punjab Pollution Control Board", which was filed against the order dated 29.11.2017, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridkot. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that short grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision petition in the month of January, 2018 and still the same has not been taken up for arguments, though trial is going on before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class. Petitioner had also filed an application along with the revision petition for staying the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class. Notice of the revision petition as well as of application for staying the proceedings was issued, but proceedings before the learned trial Court were not stayed.
