(Oral) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect their lives and liberty from being invaded by private respondents.

Petitioners claim themselves to be major and have solemnized marriage against the wishes of their parents on 14.04.2015. Factum of marriage has been pleaded with reference to marriage certificate and photographs (Annexures P-3 and P-4 respectively). Petitioners feel reasonable apprehension at the hands of private respondents, who were opposing their marriage. Precisely, for the grievance made in the present petition, petitioners have already filed a representation before S.H.O. Police Station, Jakhal-respondent No.3 (Annexure P- 5), but no action has been taken so far.

At this stage, Mr. Pardeep Parkash Chahar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of State. Let three copies of the petition be supplied to him by learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day.

Accordingly, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of. The petitioners will move a representation before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad on any working day putting forth their grievances and on receipt of such representation, respondent No.2 will take appropriate action in accordance with law and if required, necessary protection be provided to them if they are not required in any unlawful activity.
