Case pertains to the year 2013. Petitioner was granted bail therein. He, however, absconded from the proceedings. Trial court cancelled the bail-bonds and forfeited the surety bonds. Petitioner now seeks pre-arrest. Prayer is, however, declined. It is, however, directed that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, his plea shall be decided expeditiously.
