SABINA, J Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioner to take up all the pleas available to him before the trial Court at the time of framing of the charges. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court, during trial, shall remain exempted subject to the following conditions:- i.

Petitioner shall be represented through counsel;

ii.

shall not delay/stall the trial proceedings;

iii.

shall not dispute his identity as accused;

iv.

shall have no objection if the prosecution
