Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition seeking bail pending trial in FIR No.288 dated 24.10.2016 under Sections 341/328/365/506/120B IPC, which is pending for hearing for 10.07.2017.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Anmol Malik, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice.

With the consent of the parties, hearing of the case is preponed from 10.07.2017 for today.

Main petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CRM No.18424 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of.
