(ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad-II, which is taken on record. While drawing the attention of this Court to the affidavit, it has been submitted that while accused Raj Kumar has already been arrested on 20.08.2024, co-accused Vishal is still at large; proceedings under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C./84 of the BNSS have already been initiated and publication stands issued qua him. Further, it has been submitted that as far as accused Mahipal is concerned, he was found innocent during investigation.

In the circumstances, no directions, as prayed for, are required to be issued.

The instant petition stands dismissed.
