**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 194 dated 30.6.2019, registered under Sections 307, 365, 395 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.

As per the prosecution case, when complainant Amreek Singh, driver of the truck bearing registration No. HR-45-B-4968 and its conductor were going to Atlam in the said truck, on 30.6.2019 at about 4.00 A.M., a white colour car came in front of their vehicle and stopped them. Five accused dragged the complainant out of the truck and forcibly made him sit in their car. When the police party came from backside, one of the accused sitting in truck fled and others drove away the car at a high speed. They were chased by the police party. Because of the traffic jam, the car was stuck and the accused fled away after leaving their car and the complainant and while fleeing they fired shots at the police party and the complainant. CRM-M No. 8198 of 2020 -2have not been named in he FIR and they have been involved on the basis of disclosure statement suffered by the co-accused and it is a case of no fire injury.

The victims-driver and conductor were in their truck when the petitioners and other accused stopped their vehicle and forced the driver to sit in the car and kidnapped him and committed the crime. It was out of a sheer luck that the police reached the spot and the petitioners and coaccused left the car and ran away in the vicinity of the town and while running, they fired at the police party. The allegations against the petitioners are serious in nature.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
