Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 330 dated 28.11.2018, registered under Section(s) 452, 307, 506 & 120-B IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. Allegations against the petitioner are that he fired with fire arm and FIR under Sections 307 IPC and other offences under the Indian Penal Code has been registered and the matter requires further investigation. Thus, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
