On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 11.03.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- "Without issuing notice, at this stage, learned State counsel is directed to have apt instructions from the quarter concerned, and inform this Court, as to why, till date, no action has been taken on the legal notice dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure P1), submitted by the petitioner, and also, within how much time, the same shall be decided.

Adjourned to 24.03.2026."

In compliance with the hereinabove extracted order, learned State counsel, upon instructions from the quarter concerned, has informed this Court that the legal notice dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
