(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.01 dated 08.02.2024 registered under Sections 379 and 34 of IPC & Sections 32 and 33 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 at P.S. Dhar Kalan, District Pathankot.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 27.02.2024, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioners shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
