Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 156 dated 17.07.2013 under Section 148, 149, 323, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

Heard.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was armed with a gandasi at the time of occurrence and had inflicted injuries on the person of the complainant. Co-accused of the petitioner have since been allowed bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 6.12.2013.
