CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASJIT SINGH BEDI
Present:
Mr. Ritesh Pandey, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, DAG, Punjab.
***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with the prayer that a direction be issued to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial expeditiously as the FIR pertains to the year 2019. I have considered the prayer of the petitioner and find it to be genuine.
Since the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. already stands presented before the Trial Court, therefore, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within 06 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it. Disposed of.
