The present petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents to proceed in an FIR No. 0013 dated 18.02.2020 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Sadar, Kotkapura.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly prayed for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking the provisions of Section 156(3) Cr.P.C but has placed on the record the order dated 18.11.2023 to demonstrate that the Investigating Agency is not pursuing the matter diligently. 3.

However, keeping this ground also open to the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in accordance with law and seek the necessary relief.
