Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a petition for quashing FIR No.59 dated 02.08.2018 under Sections 451, 504, 354-A IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station, Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur, alongwith consequent proceedings.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that trial of the case has almost concluded. Only one prosecution witness remains to be examined, and he has been summoned for 01.06.2023.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
