(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No.43, dated 22.04.2021, registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 326 of Indian Penal Code added later on, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, Tehsil Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 03.01.2022 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.
