Petitioners have filed the instant petition seeking a mandamus to direct the respondent-Punjab National Bank to consider and decide an OTS proposal dated 21.02.2023 (Annexure P-22) submitted to the respondent-bank.

Since an advance copy of the petition already stood served upon the respondent-bank, Mr.R.S.Bhatia, Advocate has entered appearance and upon instructions from Mr.Rajesh Dahiya, Manager Law, makes a statement that the OTS proposal would be deliberated upon and a decision would be SUNITA NAGPAL 2023.02.28 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
