(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 6 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.7 to 11, who have allegedly committed fraud for a sum of Rs.5.00 crore (approx.) with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose would be achieved, if respondent No.4 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into representation dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into representation dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) and, if required, do the needful within two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order.
