(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to arrest respondent No.3 and produce before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Narnaul, for further proceedings in criminal case No.16/16 dated 28.03.2016/21.04.2016 titled "Smt. Munesh Yadav v. Jitender" under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act decided on 22.04.2017.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that respondent No.3 has already been arrested on 20.08.2018.

Dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
