Mr. Ravi K. Matto, Advocate, for the complainant. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case arising from FIR No.1 dated 07.01.2015 registered under Sections 307/326/324/323/506/148/149 IPC at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Investigating Officer, present in Court, states that the petitioner is behind bars since 28.01.2015. On instructions, learned State counsel further submits that only injury attributed to the petitioner is on the thigh and challan has not been presented yet.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Patiala.
