**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take legal action against respondent No. 4 & 5 as per the FIR No. 34 dated 23.02.2017 registered under Section 376(d), 354/341 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-2), within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
