NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Parveen Kumar Hooda, son of Devi Ram, resident of village Khandwali, District Rohtak, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 170, 384, 419 and 420 read with Section 34, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 370, dated 21.12.2014, registered at Police Station, Rajinder Park, Gurgaon.
Learned counsel contends that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 27.1.2015, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

CRM-M-1245-2015 Abdulla Khan of Police Station, Rajinder Park, Gurgaon, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner did join the investigation, however, the vehicle involved for going to the place of occurrence and a sum of `9,000/- (Rupees nine thousand only), which was charged from the informant, have not been recovered.
The order dated 27.1.2015, passed by this Court shows that the informant had appeared before this Court and filed his affidavit that the petitioner was not amongst the persons who had charged `25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand only) from him. In view of totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 27.1.2015 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
