RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that when this petition was filed, it was filed by Harbhajan Singh. Notice of motion was issued and parties were directed to appear before the learned trial court for getting their statements recorded. However, now the 2nd accused Joginder Lal also wants to become party to the petition. The applicant-Joginder Lal was not party before this court when notice of motion was issued nor he was permitted by this court to appear before the learned trial court for getting his statement recorded. In this view of the matter, instant application is dismissed.
