**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this third petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.86 dated 26.06.2020, registered under Section 379-B IPC and Sections 120-B and 307 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Buria, Yamuna Nagar.

Learned State counsel submits that the earlier bail petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed on 25.01.2022 and there is no change in the circumstances.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to rebut the aforesaid contention of the learned State counsel. Dismissed.
