Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the application for interim injunction is still pending before the Trial Court and has not finally been decided.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a request to the Trial Court to decide the application for interim injunction within a period of one month from today, in accordance with law. Till such time as the application is decided, status quo shall be maintained. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
