This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 552 dated 16.09.2014 under Sections 406/420 IPC at Police Station Faridabad Central. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from Sunil Kumar, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated April 22, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated April 22, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
