(ORAL) Counsel is not in a position to press the present petition in view of the earlier order dated 11.03.2022, which reads as under:- "Counsel for the petitioner prays for time to address arguments on the issue of alternative rederessal mechanism in view of Section 20 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, since vide notification dated 14.01.2022 a three member Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee has been constituted by the U.T. Chandigarh. List on 22.03.2022."

Accordingly, counsel prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority as noticed above. Ordered accordingly.
