Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Shanky Verma, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324, 326 and 341 read with Section 149, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.131, dated 25.10.2013, registered at Police Station, Daba, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Taranjit Singh, Police Station, Daba, District Ludhiana, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2015, the petitioner did join the investigation and is no more required for further custodial interrogation.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and SEEMA RANI 2015.08.18 17:10

Criminal Misc.No.M-12474 of 2015 [2] the part attributed to the petitioner, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2015 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. August 18, 2015 (Naresh Kumar Sanghi) seema Judge
