(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.132 dated 12.11.2016 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar. On 27.07.2017, petitioner was directed to produce Paramjit Singh, alleged power of attorney, with whom the petitioner had entered into agreement to sell, as the existence of said Paramjit Singh was disputed. Since the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid directions, therefore, present petition is dismissed.
