This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 129 dated 05.09.2014 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Barara, district Ambala.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 22.04.2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 22.04.2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
