However, counsel for the respondent, at this stage, submits that even though reply has been filed, but however, as per the instructions received from the respondent, he has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted.

In view of the statement aforesaid, it is also pertinent to mention that there is one girl child, born from the broken marriage of the parties, who is about 2 years old and is in the care and custody of the applicant. The applicant is stated to be a housewife and she has filed petition under Section 144 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, which is pending in the courts at Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur and the respondent is pursuing the said litigation. TA-210-2025 Considering the statement made by the counsel for the respondent and various other circumstances, as spelt out from the material brought on record and also considering the female child, to be in the care and custody of the applicant, who herself having no source of earning, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/232/2024, titled 'Jaswinder Singh v/s Balwinder Kaur', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Jagraon, District Ludhiana to Family Court (Camp Court) Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Jagraon, to the District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, shall assign the said petition to Family Court (Camp Court) Guruharsahai. Even, the parties are directed to appear before Family Court (Camp Court) Guruharsahai, within a period of one month from today onwards.
