Learned State counsel submits that most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and now the trial is fixed for 25.5.2015 and the remaining witnesses will be examined on the date fixed.

Learned counsel for the complainant also undertakes to instruct the complainant to produce all the private witnesses before the trial Court on that date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition, at this stage and she may be permitted to withdraw the same with the liberty to file a fresh one if the trial is not completed within three months from today.
