***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case registered against them vide FIR No.65 dated 28.05.2017 under Sections 323/324/148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Raja Sansi.

Learned State counsel submits that all the offences are bailable in nature. Thus, present petition is not maintainable. This court finds substance in this plea.
