Anchal Sharma v. State Of Haryana And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH C.W.P 4885 of 2019 Date of decision : 25.02.2019 Anchal Sharma ......Petitioner versus State of Haryana and others
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. S.K. Kaushik, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in Commerce on 22.08.2015 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked up to 18.07.2017. She was relieved on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given representation/e mail dated 18.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) stating therein that she be allowed to join if workload is available. Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P4) wherein at Sr. No. 18, requirement of two persons is still there in Commerce. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to look into representation/e mail dated 18.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-4) in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the case of petitioner be only considered in case the workload is available and the preference be given firstly to NET qualified/PHD and then to candidates who are non-NET qualified.
