**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant five points for transfer of couple case basis under the Teacher Transfer Policy, 2016 as amended from time to time. The petitioner has prayed that a case for transfer against the vacant posts be considered instead of posting her under the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited. In the writ petition, the petitioner has pleaded factual details in respect of her final representation for uploading the MIS portal for inclusion of the employees working in the Haryana School Sikhsha Pariyojna Parishad for the purpose of grant of five KUMARI SAPNA 2023.03.02 14:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment

points to the female employees on couple case basis. Precisely, for the grievance in question, the petitioner has also served a legal notice upon the respondents/competent authority. The legal notice was again supplemented by the final legal notice dated 20.01.2023.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice dated 20.01.2023 (served upon the respondent No.3) is ordered to be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law.

On the asking of Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that the legal notice dated 20.01.2023 served by the petitioner upon the competent authority shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
