(Oral) In compliance to the order dated 10th March, 2021, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, has apprised the Court that an FIR stands registered against petitioner No.1 qua the missing of petitioner No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, submitted that the marriage of the petitioners has been accepted by the private respondents and hence, there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Dismissed as infructuous.
