(ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner herein, inter alia, is qua delay in disposal of his ad interim injunction application (Annexure P-1) filed along with appeal before the First Appellate Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 17.01.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Pataudi in a suit for recovery filed by respondent. 2.

Learned counsel contends that on one hand ad interim application is not being decided one way or the other, while on the other hand, execution proceedings filed against the petitioner for implementation of the judgment and decree challenged by petitioner are proceeding unhindered and warrants of attachment have been issued. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Ordinarily, this Court would have refrained to interfere merely on the ground of delay in disposal of the application as the same is natural due to heavy pendency of the work in the Courts.
