IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH Criminal Misc. No. M-12502 of 2015 Date of Decision: 22.4.2015 Saheed --Petitioners.

Vs.

State of Haryana --Respondent.

CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Jamdhed Ahmed, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court. However, he submits that the learned trial court may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of the either of the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court that if the petitioner surrenders within a period of 10 days from today, his bail application shall be considered sympathetically deciding the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
