ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.COMI/134-2014 dated 01.09.2014 filed under Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act and 3(1)(4) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 02.04.2018, has already appeared before the trial Court and released on bail.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jasbir Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the matter has been committed to the Special Court.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.04.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
