Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Ajay Kumar, who is present in Court, has submitted that against the judgment dated 23.12.2025, the respondents have filed an LPA, which is LPA-927-2026 in which on 06.04.2026, notice has been issued and even stay with respect to the judgment dated 23.12.2025 has been granted. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same in case the said statement is not correct or after the disposal of the said LPA any cause survives. 3.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
