# Allegations against the petitioner Santokh Singh in this regular bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.195 dated 27.11.2014 registered at Police Station Basti Bawa Khel, District Jalandhar under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120:B/506/34 IPC are that he along with his co:accused has tried to take forcible and illegal possession of a plot of land situated in Jalandhar. Without going into the merits of the case, in view of the prima facie allegations, nature of the offence and the substantial incarceration already undergone by the petitioner, impels this Court allow bail to the petitioner as no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars in the present case. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
